Exact Number of Bones (joints)

Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has said that "Every one of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints." ~[Narrated by Muslim]

››إنه خلق كل إنسان من بني آدم على ستين وثلاثمائة مفصل...‹‹ رواه مسلم

The scientific fact:

'A'isha reported Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam), as saying: “Every one of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints, so he who declares the glory of Allah, praises Allah, declares Allah to be One, glorifies Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah, and removes stone, or thorn, or bone from people's path, and enjoins what is good and forbids from evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty, will walk that day having removed himself from Hell.” ~[Narrated by Muslim]

Buraida narrated that he heard Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam) says: “Everyone has three hundred and sixty joints, so s/he has to give charity for each one of them.” It was said (to him): “O Messenger of Allah, who can afford that?” “You can bury the mucus that you may find in the mosque; or remove stone, thorn, or bone from people's path. If you did not afford that, then two Rakaat at Ad-Duha (morn) are enough.” The prophet replied”. ~[Approved by Al-Albany]

The miracle:

That Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam), said that there are three hundred and sixty joints in the human body. He declared that when it was impossible to know this number by such accuracy and precision, because most of these joints are fine and in positions where it is hard to notice. These fine joints were not known before the advance of anatomy and histology. Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam), talked about the number of the joints more than fourteen centuries ago, and the modern science approved his saying. This is another miracle of the miracles of the revelation that nobody knew at the period of the Prophet Muhammad (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam).

:::: Is Qur'anic science copied from the Greeks? :::::

I agree that At the time of Greeks and Romans some scientific discoveries and statements were made.
They had no scientific methods or Modern equipment to prove them, those were just guessings and assumptions.
And at the same time there were hundreds of unscientific, absurd discoveries and statements also made.
The same Greeks believed that the world is flat, Sun is stationary, humans are made by curds, Sun rotates around the earth, Earth is the center of the universe, Moon has it's own light and etc.

How did the Qur'an specifically choose (Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (sal) was an illiterate) only the scientific ones and leave others?
And what about many other scientific facts mentioned in the Holy Qur'an which were never thought of before the very recent scientific discoveries?

Critics of Islam say that the stages of Embryo development were mentioned by Hypocrites and by Gallon, and he showed the various slides. The point to be noted - Just because someone says something, which are matching with the Qur’an, that does not mean that Qur’an has been copied from that. Suppose I make a statement… suppose, if I make a statement, which is correct, which was said by somebody else earlier - That does not mean I have copied. It may be, It may not be.

You may say, ‘Yes! He copied’ - Okay fine - But lets analyze. The Qur’an does not take the things which were wrong from Hypocrites. If he would have copied, he would have copied everything - it is logical. Unless he is a scientist… ‘Okay this is correct… Oh! This is wrong I won’t copy that - This is correct, I will copy that.’ All the stages of Hypocrites, and Gallon is not the same as the Qur’an - Hypocrites and Gallon do not speak about ‘leech like substance.’ They do not speak about ‘mudgah’ at all - Where do they speak? Hypocrites and Gallon, at that time, they said that… ‘Even the women have got semen’ - who says that? - Even the Bible says that. If you read in the Bible, it is mentioned in Leviticus Chapter No.12, Verse No.1 to 12, that woman gives out seed - So actually Bible is copying from Hypocrites. And Bible says in Job, Chapter No.10, Verse No.9 and 10, that… ‘We have made the human beings from clay, like poured out milk and curdled cheese.’ Poured out milk and curdled cheese, is exact plaguerisation from Hypocrites. Why plaguerisation? - Because surely that is not the word of God - That portion is unscientific. It was said by Hypocrites and Gallon, the Greeks, that… ‘Human beings are created like curdled cheese’ - And Bible copies that exactly.

But Qur’an Alhamdulillah, and if you analyze and read the books on ‘Embryology, even of Dr. Keith Moore, he said that… ‘Hypocrites and the other people like Gallon, etc, they did give a lot of thing to embryology, initially, as well as Aristotle’ - Many were right, many were wrong.’ And further he goes to says… ‘In the middle ages, or at the time of the Arabs, the Qur’an speaks about something additional.’ If it was exactly copied, why would Dr. Keith Moore in his book, give due credit to the Qur’an. He even gives due credit to Aristotle, to Hypocrites - but mentioned there… ‘Many were wrong.’ That, he does not mention with the Qur’an. That is enough proof, that Qur’an was not copied from the Greek time.

Regarding ‘light of the moon.’… ‘Light of the moon’ was copied from Greeks. You will tell me that… ‘The world is spherical’ was copied from Greeks. I know the Pthogorous, the Greeks lived in 6th century B.C. who believed that the earth rotated - they believed that the sunlight was reflected. If Prophet Mohammed copied - why did not he copy… they believed the sun was stationary - they believed the sun was the center of the universe. So why did Prophet Mohammed copy the correct thing, and delete the things that were not correct? This is sufficient proof that Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, did not copy. He goes to give a list, that from Greek to Cyriac, Cyriac to Arabic… and big research. One statement of the Qur’an is sufficient to disprove it:

The Qur’an says in Surah Ankabut, Chapter. 29, Verse No.48, that… ‘Thou was not able to recite any book before this, nor was thou able to transcribe with thy right hand.’ If it were so, the talkers of vanity would have surely doubted.’ The Prophet was an ‘ummi.’ - He was an illiterate. This factor of history is sufficient to prove that he did not plagiarize from anywhere. Enough! Imagine! Even a scientist, who is very literate, cannot do this thing. But Allah in his Divine Guidance made the last Prophet, as an ‘ummi’ - So that the talkers of vanity like people who write books against Islam, they cannot open their months.

Simple,but Classic Example.

A religious mother took her child to a temple,

In the corridor,
Child: Mom look, a cow. Can we get milk from her?
Mom(smilingly): Its just a statue.
Child (scarily): Oh mom, there is a tiger. Can he attack us?
Mom(smilingly): Its just a statue.
Child (scarily): Oh mom, there is a Dragon. Can he make fire from his month?
Mom(smilingly): Its just a statue.
.
.
.

Inside temple,

Mom: That's your god, bow your head. God will give you what you ask him.
Child (smilingly): Its just a statue...!!!

:::: Who follows Jesus (pbuh) ? ::::

:::: Who follows Jesus (pbuh) ? ::::

---- Greeting ----

Al-Qur'an 3:64
Al-Qur'an 20:25-28
Greet you in the same manner as Jesus (pbuh) greeted in Hebrew Luke 24:36
‘Sholam alay kum’
or Islamic greeting in Arabic Assalaamu alai kum
both meaning ‘Peace be on you’.

--- Jesus (pbuh) Prohibited Alcohol & Pork ---

Some of the reasons Scripture condemns the use of alcoholic beverages are that they distort the perception of reality (Is 28:7; Prov 23:33); they impair the capacity to make moral, responsible decisions (Lev 10:9-11); they weaken moral sensitivities and inhibitions (Gen 9:21; 19:32; Hab 2:15; Is 5:11-12); they cause physical sickness (Prov 23:20-21; Hos 7:5; Is 19:14; Ps 60:3); and they disqualify for both civil and religious service (Prov 31:4-5; Lev 10:9-11; Ezek 44:23; 1 Tim 3:2-3; Titus 1:7-8)."

n the bible God says:
“And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven footed, yet he cheweth
not the cud; he is unclean to you”.
“Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch,
they are unclean to you.” [Leviticus 11:7-8]
Pork is also prohibited in the Bible in the book of Deuteronomy
“And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you. Ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass.” [Deuteronomy 14:8]

--- Jesus (pbuh) circumcised ---

Eight days later, when the baby was circumcised, he was named Jesus, the name given him by the angel even before he was conceived.
(Luke 2:21)

Jesus answered and said to them, "I did one work, and you all marvel.

"Moses therefore gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath.

"If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbath, so that the law of Moses should not be broken, are you angry with Me because I made a man completely well on the Sabbath?"

(John 7 21-23)

--- Jesus (pbuh) fasted ---

“Jesus fasted forty days and forty nights”
(Matthew 4:21)

“in those days he (Jesus) did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered”
(Luke 4:2)

Since Jesus fasted, his true followers will also fast, if they indeed follow his teachings. He said,
“If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed”
(John 8:31)

In short, every Muslim should follow all the Commandments of Allah (swt) and His Messenger Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and abstain from the things they have prohibited.

- If Christian is a person who follows the teachings of Christ (pbuh) and not one who worships Christ (pbuh). (We are more Christian than the Christians themselves).
- Muslim is a person who submits his will to Allah.
Jesus (pbuh) said, "not my will but thy will be done." i.e. Muslim.
John 5:30
